I ordered 2 T-shirts in the end of november 2017. Until today only one of it got delivered. The tissue doesn't seem to be of high quality. It is very thin.
Package was shipped Dec 14th and did not receive until Dec 23rd. The gift was for a co-worker and our last day of work was Dec 22nd... now cannot give my gift until after holiday... disappointed. A friend ordered the same product after me and received hers 4 days before I did. Shirt looks fine, the only reason I would not recommend is because of the shipping time.

I ordered two shirts mailing them to two different places with 5 miles of one another hoodie was mailed a week before t-shirt but yet t shirt came within two days of shipping and its been 2 weeks and im still waiting on hoodie when i contacted them on chat the 22 they said it was set to be delivered the 23 well it never came and i still dont have it! How does that happen? And why lie? Ive ordered from them this was the 4th year in a row but it is the last time i was suppose to receive in time for Christmas never again!

I placed an order on December 7th. Expecting to receive items in plenty of time for Christmas. Not only was I anxiously await 3 item on the 23 of December for Christmas presents. One never showed up and another was the wrong pillow I ordered. So I received 2 out of the 4 items correctly. The products are very well made but I do not know if I will place an order again. I payed $5.00 per item to ship. You think they would get to my home in a more timely manner. Now I have to figure out how to get the right pillow I ordered. Not looking forward that aggravation.

The T-Shirts I ordered are excellent in design and quality, everything as expected. When problems with the shipping (Germany, DHL) occured and I needed help from Teespring, the promised response time (24 hours, one business day) was not held. In fact, even up to now I have got no answer. The shirts arrived 3 days later, I tried to notify Teespring - no reply until now.
I love these t-shirts! The quality is excellent and the sayings are perfect! I always look forward to new emails!

Too pricey! Charged double the shipping on 2 shirts, when I was suppose to get 50% off second shirt. Both were shipped separately. Quality is great.
I paid $12 in shipping in order to get my shirt delivered by Christmas, because the website gave me no other shipping option. The package was supposed to be delivered between December 18-21 and still has not arrived. I emailed customer service and never got a reply.

There was a problem with my order that really wasn't the fault if Teespring--it turned out that the deep green of the shirt made the black on the image hard to see. Nonetheless, they reprinted on a different color and got it to me in time for Christmas. They went above and beyond, and delivered a well printed, high quality item. I highly recommend them and should I ever need to work with a company that does what they do, I would work with them in a heartbeat.
