Always find unique T-Shirts that my trucker friends LOVE. Delivery is as expected and arrives in good condition. Product is good quality and sizing is as expected.
What they don't tell you when you order is that they will calculate delivery later. I ordered 10 items and at checkout was shown two delivery charges. They later increased this to a seperate charge for each item after the order was placed and I was charged an additional £70 for delivery.
If they miscalculated the charge at checkout that is their fault not mine. What is to stop them adding on any charge they want that I did not know about our agree to at the checkout?
Appalling customer service took 6 emails to even understand the issue and then demanded screenshots of the basket before checkout to prove to them the charge was increased after. If course I don't have that because no shop in the world can add charges after a sale had been agreed! They said they couldn't help.
Avoid like the plague.
At the present time, I have not received the product ordered, nor do I have any communication from the company. No shipping info... no tracking number.

Ordered November 28th it is now December 17th I still have yet to receive the shirt I payed $30 for. Teespring needs to dump DHL as a carrier. My shirt shipped from Kentucky the 5th and it's still in limbo with no other tracking info since then.

The quality of the sweatshirt is very cheap, screen printing is very poor looks more like an iron on that my daughter did

I orderd a sweater cost 35euro 12euro shipping and on delivert i had to pay 19.65euro custom tax
Also my order contained two sweaters and for each sweater i had to pay for shipping.
And still to arive are two sweater fot whom i have to pay customtax also.
And the quality of the print was not as depicted on the site

Just ordered 2 sweatshirts and by the time landed in Canada - approx 140 Canadian dollars
Was shocked when I discovered the sweatshirt quality very very cheap. Not at all like the thick gorgeous sweatshirts in the past
Let them know and they said ship back and they would replace... no thanks Quality control should have been in place to begin with and we will now be sourcing a new supplier. Ship back to get the same crappy material quality.?

I have purchased several special interest t-shirts from tee-spring an have been happy with all of them. Hard to find, unique designs and good customer service.
I was so excited when I saw this hoodie. Thought it would be perfect to wear around the office on cooler days... I am an office nurse. It was not what I expected. Not as "comfortable" to wear over scrubs... and wasn't true to size. I was disappointed.

I had no true issue with teespring itself. My issue was with there shipping partner DHL. I know shipping is not a teespring issue but it is there choice of shipping companies they use. Shipping took forever and i kept receiving emails says there was going to be delays. After two delays my package still arrived four days later then the delayed delivery date. Spending a few extra dollars for UPS or FEDEX would give them the top rating. Snail mail would be better than DHL!
As one of the designers on the teespring site, of course i love the whole idea of teespring. But as far as the people running the show... they show us, the people who make teespring possible, absolutely no respect. They lie to us about the company, they delay our payments, lie about sales, and it seems as if they don't really want the everyday/normal designers on their site and would rather have the fat cat/large corporations design the products. Pretty soon they will chase away all the workers that have stuck by their side.
The graphics printed onto the shirt and hoodie I ordered were way too small for the shirts. I ordered a XL and 2XL and the graphics were sized to fit a medium! I was very unsatisfied.

The quality of the products and printing available from tee spring are not great. This sis especially true when compared to many other comparable service providers. Additionally the packaging used for fragile items such as mugs and glassware is extremely poor, because of this my order arrive damaged based on purely on the fact they do not ship these types of items with any type of packing material or protection. This seems incredibly cheap to me, and as a result of this they have had to replace and reprint the entire order, presumably costing them far more than a simple plastic bag would have to protect the product in box during transit. Instead they simply throw items in a bare box allowing them to rattle around and rub against the coarse walls of a cardboard box causing scratching and marring on the already low quality print.
That being said customer service is top notch, responses in 24 hours and a no questions asked replacement policy helps to expedite the process of getting replacements. I have not yet received my replacement order, and I am concerned it will also arrive damaged unless they have changed their packaging standards.

Ordered shirts using sizing guide. When they came, they were way too big. Messaged customer service to see how much they'd shrink. Got an immediate response, that new shirts were on the way. Didnt ask for or expect replacements. Just awesome! Will definitely order again.
I like it. It's good but would do more good if it was cheaper. However, I will continue to buy more in the future. Please expand the fandoms and maybe lower the price.
I ordered a hoodie online and for the price I wasn't expecting a lot.
Once my order was placed I was able to track it from ordering thru printing and shipping.
It arrive a couple days ahead of schedule, the sizing was as expected, the print was perfect, and it was much thicker and heavier than I expected.
Today I put it thru the washer and dryer and there was no shrinking, no issues with the print, nothing.
It's nice to find an online company who does quality work using quality materials for a very reasonable price.

I ordered 2 premium tees. I thought premium would be a soft, quality fabric. Thats not what I got. High price for a Hanes tee. The quality is not there, and the XL I ordered is more like a medium. Disappointed!
