Price for this was great, very easy to set up and all original apple product.
Had the small iPad before this and am amazed at what the newer model does.

Was going to buy the iPhone SE as it was £60 cheaper. Then I started reading the reviews and the information on their website.
They admit that they import from outside the UK and because of that they open the item to ensure it is ok. Well, sorry, but I would rather pay the extra than risk a phone that has been opened. Off to the Apple website for me.

Dont order there unless you are willing to waste your time and money. The headphones I received were already broken when they arrived and I sent them back to UK asap. This has been 3 month ago and since then I didnt get my money back. Instead they are claiming that they can not find my packet since they receive hundreds of them per day so it would be my fault and I should contact DHL... Communication sucks since they use a AI based communication software so you talk to a robot :D , sometimes they answer, sometimes not. In total I lost around 250 EUR and around 3 hours of lifetime communicating so take my word as advise: DONT ORDER AT TECHINTHEBASKET.

Yes, the tracking number became valid a bit late, I tried to contact the customer service team but I managed to track my parcel a few hours later.
I'm sorry for making unnecessary concerns, guess I will com back again since the price is really tempting.
My suggestion is to be patient if you would purchase from them, but they will not let you down.

They say their delivery time is nearly 2 weeks but somehow I received my parcel in just one week, this is truly satisfying.
I will definitely use this website again.
If you are hesitating, don't be, I'm sure they are doing their job better than they are supposed to be.

Read lots of negative reviews mostly about the time taken to deliver. Accepting the 6-8 working days delivery time it was spot on, the product (I pad) was great and the price £80 cheaper than anywhere else, well worth the wait.

I ordered one item as I was unsure whether the product would meet expectations. I am very pleased with the product and delivery service and will be purchasing more.

Not used but looks to be a straightforward return policy based in the UK. No returning to China etc. Great product descriptions.

I bought some Air Pods at the start of Fed. An email confirmation came through quickly with a tracking number (worryingly quickly looking back on it now...).

After hearing nothing after the above email. I tried to use the tracking number on numerous occasions to be told it does not exist. I chased CS who instantly blamed Royal Mail for issues with delivery - have read other reviews it seems there go to excuse.

While always quick to respond its all pretty irrelevant when they don't deliver to there promise. I had been told i would receive my order on Friday. To now be told i wont (after yet another chase).

I have no confidence in the Air Pods getting to me. The only fall back is that the purchase through pay pal so should be able to get a refund if needed.

I expect to get a response on here as they seem to care more about that than looking after their customers.
