Bought a iPad Air, it never arrived, tracking numbers they give don't work, still fighting for my refund now have had to get PayPal involved to get my money back. I should have done my homework before using this terrible company, be warned

I ordered a Macbook in early October. It never arrived but they claimed it was posted by DPD. The photo they supplied was clearly not our house so they have delivered it to the wrong place. They said they would 'investigate this'. However it's now 7 weeks later. They still have my money and have done nothing and don't even respond to emails. I'm sure they are OK if everything goes right but do not trust them to take any responsibility if they deliver it to the wrong place. I will never use them again and I still have nether my money nor the computer. I am thinking of calling the police.

I received my order for a Nintendo switch late, I had to chase it several times before it was finally sent, when it arrived the box is damaged beyond belief, the box has been opened before, it has no security tag or plastic wrapper, it looks used. 100% will be returning and getting my money back and will never use them again.

Ich habe ein iPad Air 4 bestellt, das mit einem Stecker für die USA angekommen ist - nicht für Deutschland. Ich schickte eine E-Mail und bat sie wiederholt, einen deutschen Stecker zu senden, was sie ablehnten und sagten, ich solle den Reiseadapter und den USA-Stecker verwenden. Reiseadapter sind für den Langzeitgebrauch nicht sicher und ich habe persönlich einen brennen sehen, wenn er auf diese Weise verwendet wird.

Ich gab ihnen die Gelegenheit, dieses Problem anzusprechen, und sie lehnten ab.

Vermeiden Sie diese Firma und kaufen Sie ein sichereres Produkt, das schnell von einer anderen Firma ankommt!

Als Reaktion darauf werden sie wahrscheinlich behaupten, dass es als "internationale Version" vermarktet wurde, was falsch ist. Es war nicht. Es wurde über eine deutsche Website beworben und gekauft. Es wurde überhaupt nicht erwähnt, dass es mit einem nicht-deutschen Stecker kommen würde.

Ehrlich gesagt bin ich sauer auf diese Firma. Sie haben mich betrogen, um etwas zu kaufen, das sie nie wirklich verkauft haben - ein iPad mit deutschem Stecker (und hatten nicht die Absicht, es zu versenden). Das wussten sie von der Sekunde an, als ihre Anzeige live ging. Ich empfehle Ihnen, diese Firma zu meiden.

Lied about giving the product to DHL. It took them 13 days, and they claimed they fave it before. DHL says otherwise. Requires a picture to return an item (illegal).

I ordered an Ipad air 4th gen 64gb last Saturday 26th June 2021 and received my shiny new Ipad in original unbroken packaging this afternoon 2nd July 2021, i elected to go for the free delivery 6 to 8 business day option and can only congratulate Techinabasket for their service.
I, like a lot of people on their review sites, had reservations after reading all of the negative reviews left by unhappy customers, feared i had done my money, admittedly i have not opened the package yet but can confirm i have received a new unopened ipad box which i am sure will contain my new Ipad air. We purchased apple ear buds and paid for an extended warranty. The warranty covered repair or replacement. They developed a fault and we returned them as instructed however Tech in the basket have refused to repair or replace them and have offered 50% of the purchase price.
We rejected their offer and now they are not replying to our emails.
The phone number listed is a mobile and no-one answers so that is a waste of time.
Such a shame for this company to get a poor review for something they could easily resolve

I ordered this product 17th, as all shops had sold out and online, saw it on Techinthebasket.com, placed the order, it came on the 24th, I see people moaning ahh it's the American version, which only means the plug is different

I have paid for a phone which after nearly a month has arrived. I believe it has never been dispatched. Ongoing contact is only via email, and there replies are computer generated.
