They stated the delivery time is 6-8 working days but somehow sent me the tracking number the day after I placed my order.
I got an explanation after contacting the CS(they are nice) because I was worried about the tracking number being invalid.
The parcel ended up delivered in the 6th working day.
MY SUGGESTION IS: there's no need to send the tracking numbers to your customers while the parcels have not yet been shipped out yet.
The service quality, the price and the product is good though.

Great company and offered what I asked for in a very speedy manner. Was unable to purchase a Samsung phone anywhere else apart from eBay for a lot greater price. Cheaper than anywhere else also if stock was available. Arrived within 4 days when ordered on a Sunday. Great work and I will be back

Long delivery time
The delivery is long, but the service is satisfying and the product is really good and also a good deal.

I ordered beginning of the month the Sony wh-1000xm4, and they were delivered within 6 days, but I had the issue where they didn't include C/O in the address, so DHL couldn't find my name and returned it. I reached out to customer support who replied within the promised time of 48H that they will send it back. Communication was smooth and they were very professional, I had to follow up every time but nothing out of the ordinary.
I got them today, and the product is authentic at a great price, I am very happy and satisfied.

Just bought an Xiaomi Redmi Note 8 Pro from this site.

Ordered late Friday evening on 5th February, arrived today 12th Feb. Item was well packed and in excellent brand new condition.
As others have said their tracking is a bit dodgy until it actually arrives at the UK courier, Royal Mail in my case, but over all I have no complaints. Price was a lot cheaper than any other seller I could find, even eBay.

Would consider using them again.

Seeing that so many customers complained about the delivery time, I didn't expect them to be on time, but somehow the parcel came in just 2 days, I'm really satisfied with the service, the price and the quality.

Easy to order and they stated the delivery would be 6-8 business days, I received it on the 5th business day. Excellent service, they responded to my mails within one day and the Bose nc700 headphones arrived in excellent original packaging and condition. Also 131 pounds cheaper than Amazon! Good job!

I only read the terrible reviews after placing the order. Having been scammed once by Chinese outfit I was then quite anxious.
I received order confirmation and tracking number indicating up to 10 days delivery. I also emailed seeking reassurance and received prompt reply saying as consequence of Covid, delivery may be longer.

I was able track package which arrived after about 12 days. The Ipad is as expected and, at £40 saving, I'm still delighted.

I was worried by the fact that the tracking number was sent to me but never worked.
Luckily, the shipment status showed up in like a week later, the parcel then came in about 2 days.
The price and the quality are impressive, guess they just need time to process.
