Once I completed the renewal I expected to receive a hard copy of the card to keep in my wallet I prefer that to the digital card.

In the state of Florida it's illegal to deny a lease application for an ESA. ESA's also don't pay pet deposits or monthly pet rent. Getting your pet certified opens many doors and lifts many restrictions.

My experience was that if quick and easy. Got documents in two days. Very happy with the turn around. I feel Whitney cost involved you should also receive the leash and vest. But that an additional l cost. But happy with services provided.
