I'm some how pleased w the service, except that I received one of the doctors letters w my dogs weigh wrong. It should be 20 lbs and it said 7. I already wrote to get this corrected and haven't heard back from you. With this mistake the EAS Support is UNUSABLE!

I got my letters quick, and the price was better than anyone else. However I also got an email telling me to click for a special offer. I clicked on it and it showed me that I could get the ID cards and everything on sale. I did not authorize a charge or process an order I just closed out of the tab because I was not interested. 15 minutes later I got to charge as if I had placed the order. I have emailed their customer service and waiting to see if they are going to take care of it or if I'm going to have to file a charge back with my bank.
