Everything turned out fine but I really wish conversations with Customer Support wasn't ended by support. I can't sit in the chat waiting for their response and then when they do I'm not able to get to speak to them because then the conversation gets closed

Easy and needed. Needed for me mentally cause my Bruno is a good support dog and good for me financially cause where I live they add on an extra 50.00 for having a dog.

The provider changed and so did the paperwork format. My landlord questioned the authenticity due to this. I preferred my previous provider. Every year, I had the same provider.

Everything was done in a timely mannor, however I wish I would have been provided with hard copy documents with seals certifying they were legitimate. Im 78 years old and am not internet proficient so I prefer the old way of keeping my documents.

There was no running cost as things were bought so it felt scammy. But documents were received quickly. Landlord forms link does not work
