My title to this review is "Finally" because I am FINALLY getting some much needed help. I have been through some really hard times lately, including losing my heart dog, my everything, my ride or die. He was my rock and helped me through some dark times... I have been so lost without him and have finally found my hopeful next heart dog... he is so in tune with me, even as a young puppy. He KNOWS when I am starting to get depressed, starting to sink into the darkness, and he comes to rescue me. He is a rescue, but I feel he has rescued me. I am so happy we have been approved for him to become my official, out in the world, ESA. THANK YOU for giving me the help I have needed for so long.

This process was quick and easy, the only thing is that the ID cards for person and pet should be included in the cost. Everything extra you have to pay for. Also the service vest are available online cheaper, so I wouldn't have minded buying on from you, but could get it cheaper including shipping elsewhere. That being said the email paperwork did arrive super quick to print out!
