I received the documents that allow me to have my ESA, Buddy, with me. Thank you. My experience so far has been the access and printing of the documents. I had to request for a password to access the page to print the documents twice because I was on my laptop when I found that I had received the approval. When I tried to access the documents on my desktop computer to pint them I had to go through the reset the password again. Is this the normal for future times that I may need to access the documents?
