Probably, my fault, that I didn't read everything before I paid the $90 for the ESA. I assume that for that price I would have received the ID card and at least a collar. Instead I received information on how to purchase those things on top of the documentation.

Smooth process, was able to lease my apartment without paying a deposit or even a pet fee. However check with airlines prior to flying in, some don't accept it & also check with hotel cause some state don't either.
