I submitted my request for my ESA and two days later received my documents. Couldn't have been any better!

I received my documents very quick since everything was done through email. But when I purchased an ID and tags I ran into problems. Someone in the company had entered my address incorrectly so I can't get the package. It's lost somewhere in the USPS black hole. I had called 3 times and talked to 3 different representatives all stating they were escalating to supervisors. In each case no one would contact me to rectify the issue. The customer service representatives each one told me my address was incorrect but they couldn't change it only someone in corporate had to do that. Each one was very polite and seemed helpful but couldn't help me. I contacted corporate via email twice each time their response was the package was shipped and they have no control over the post office I was out of luck! Finally after my third attempt with corporate today they have decided to refund my money. I would really rather have the ID and tags because I hate carrying around a letter to show at restaurants and stores etc…. So if all you want are the documents then you're in luck great service. But I've seen comments on the BBB site where others have had problems with getting ID tags and even vests.
We are very sorry for the inconvenience this has caused. This is not the Support Pets experience that we want you to have from us. Rest assured, we will improve our service to avoid such in the future.

Registration process was simple and easy. The documents were sent within 48hr as promised. The vest, ID card and tag arrived within 4 weeks. My dog can now go everywhere I go Hassel free!
The website where we went through the approval for our ESA was very user friendly and clear. If we ever had any questions, customer service was more than willing to help, but the FAQs answered everything we ever had a question about.

I was under the impression that I could use my materials for flights but they were not recognized and I had to pay for my pet. I did notice that there was a tag in the package for service support. So had I looked over all of the materials, I would not have had to pay.

But because airlines adjust their policies on a regular basis, the best thing to do is to contact your airline of choice and learn more about their policies, weight, size limitations, and possible fees.
