Registration process was simple and easy. The documents were sent within 48hr as promised. The vest, ID card and tag arrived within 4 weeks. My dog can now go everywhere I go Hassel free!

I was under the impression that I could use my materials for flights but they were not recognized and I had to pay for my pet. I did notice that there was a tag in the package for service support. So had I looked over all of the materials, I would not have had to pay.

But because airlines adjust their policies on a regular basis, the best thing to do is to contact your airline of choice and learn more about their policies, weight, size limitations, and possible fees.

I purchased items on July 17th and have not received anything after 7 weeks. They charged my credit card and have never sent my items. I have contacted them 4 times, and I am just getting a computer generated response or get a person who tells me that a supervisor needs to call me back, and no one calls me back. Horrible company! I definitely think it is a scam and I got ripped off. Do not buy anything from this company. If I could, I would give them zero stars.
