The whole process was very easy and I got a response within 24hrs! I had no issues when putting in any information and they sent me everything I needed for documentation.
You have and continue to barrage me with emails. I just needed the information on what I ordered. ESA Documents, digital i.d., and the gear. I have received everything from training, information on documents for service dog, psychiatric service dog, vet service, insurance. MANY emails are repeats. It becomes VERY confusing! As I said I just needed the information, documents, digital i.d. and gear that I ordered … if I need or want anything else I will go to the Support Pets website. Please stop barraging me with emails. The questions were very easy to answer. I liked that there were more than the 4 that I found on another website. It's nice to know that no matter where I decide to live, I can take my dog with me. A strict no pet policy would be a deal breaker for me.
