I wish I could rate at 3.5 stars - 4 is too generous, 3 seems to little. I'm glad I have documentation for my cat as it is saving me quite a bit of money in pet fees annually, however the way the website says there is a discount for registering and then the emails that come in are quite confusing and disappointing. I thought I was going to get a discount and somehow wound up paying the full price for his registration.

I am my husband's caregiver following his diagnosis of dementia. Our dog is an emotional support animal but also MY service dog. On several occasions he has performed his task of "find Dad" when my husband has wandered off in a store or farmers market or park. He is also now trained to stay close to me if my husband is holding the leash avoiding the possibility of wandering off. I looked into a few ways to get my pets ESA certified before moving so I could keep them with me wherever I went, as it takes a large toll on both me and my pets when we're separated. Support Pets was the easiest avenue for this process, and they offer much more after the official certification than other programs. They said to wait 42 business hours for the certification and documents I requested and I got them all in less than that, when I had questions they responded to my emails almost immediately!
