Now let's see if the company our apartment complex is now using to Vet ESA documentation accepts them or not. We are also now required to sign a medical release of information form for them to obtain our medical records documentation in support of our need for an ESA…a clear overreach and HIPAA privacy violation.

My experience with Support Pets was very good! Super easy process and also great customer service. I accidentally added an extra bundle onto my original documentation I had done and so I emailed their support and a team memeber reached out to me within that hour. They were super helpful and were able to refund me the full amount that I accedentally added on. With that, just be careful of checking boxes or any of the extra things they offer. It is all great, but just not needed for myself!
