This business is crap in my opinion. I paid for my letter got the letter. Then it was not accepted by my apartments. Because the doctor was not local. I asked support pets for a number and email for doctor as my apartments requested and they never got back to me. In the meantime they sent me someone else's doctor's letter. Now isn't that's confidentiality error? Maybe a HIPPA breach? I only asked that they help me either resolve my situation or reimburse me. Their response was I should work it out with my landlord. I'm now being forced to give up my dog or move. I've opted for the move. My dogs and I are headed for the streets. Thank you support pets!

I wasn't able to purchase any stuff for hollies best friend and my second dog Sasha. Nothing I received has hollies name only mine Dr paper certificate leash wasn't sent first wrong size best sent no card to out on her vest tag wasnt sent right only vest came w 3 Dr letters and a certificate and xs vest when ordered small. It's a $#*! show especially for the money I out out for this headache. Lucky I have hollie or else the language wouldn't be so $#*!ing nice. I need a esa to out up with places like this I don't get it. It's like I wiped my butt with a couple hundred bucks to get a headache

It was easy to apply and follow the questions
My experience was fair. I do have high expectations in general. About 10 days after my application and product orders, I had not received any emails. I reached out and it was found that my application did not go through. At that time I recompleted the process. After about 30 days I contacted customer service for an update on the products I had purchased (vest, tag, etc.). Customer service responded by stating "it takes up to 4 weeks". I was expecting a tracking number or a professional response. At that time I was convinced that it was a scam until I received my products in the mail 2 months after my purchase. The products are top quality- I was very relieved. Unfortunately, the vest was too small for my pet. I sent it back and am hoping to be pleasantly suprised at a smooth exchange.
Easy, but when I received this email it was unclear if I my ESA was officially granted. I can only assume, yes due to the purchases offered.

I did receive my documents, but when I tried to register the tag using the code information on the tag, it didn't work. The one letter I couldn't make out, it was kind of smeared. I used 3 possibilities: LCO3OT, LCOJOT and LCOOOT and none of them worked. I just can't quite read the fourth letter or number.
The steps were very easy. I was surprised when I received all of my documents for my puppies. Very pleased with my experience so far.
