I found out my landlord only requires a letter from your doctor and for him/her to sign their form. You don't need all this garbage they try to sell you. I asked for a refund less than 24 hours after placing the order and could only do so by email where they tried to get me to upgrade my purchase! I keep getting emails saying they're "looking into it", then I got an email offering a 50% refund of the purchase price. I have not received any product and cannot get a live person on the phone. I finally got my bank involved. They also sent their refund policy which does not appear on their website.

After applying for my ESA certification, I received my ESA documents within 7 days. I ordered ESA gear at the same time but noticed my address wasn't on my receipt. I contacted customer support and they handled the situation promptly and the CSR was very friendly and committed to fixing the problem. I received my gear within a week. I was very impressed. The only complaint I have right now is since applying, I have received 1 or more emails a day wanting me to sign up to train my dog to be a service animal. Just the thought is overwhelming. I'm still trying to teach her how to walk on a leash properly. She's a Yorkie and I really don't see her behaving the way she should in public as a service animal. I would appreciate not being inundated with these emails.
