Very good so far so good There's has been some nosey neighbors about my breed which I think is rediculos as they have big dogs and are too busy trying to be in my business as they all say you can only get certain breed of dogs and I tell them their totally wrong on any breeds allowed

I was GOING to order from support pets, until they took my money without me completing my order. I was filling out the info to buy a package to see how much shipping and tax would be, but as soon as I filled out the card info I decided to back out. AS SOON as i hit the back arrow THE PURCHASE WENT THROUGH?! I tried to cancel it and explain that I never ordered their product. Instead they have so far made me fill out 2 of the same form, have not gotten back to me when they said, and its been DAYS since the purchase went through. I've heard NOTHING back and received NOTHING either. I'm still on hold on their so called "support line" for what is now 23 minutes. Save yourself the trouble, don't do it. I debated doing it having seen both really good and bad reviews. I should have listened to the bad ones. Never got order information either. Not happy and neither is my landlord for missing rent due to this. Lawyers have been in contact.

This business is crap in my opinion. I paid for my letter got the letter. Then it was not accepted by my apartments. Because the doctor was not local. I asked support pets for a number and email for doctor as my apartments requested and they never got back to me. In the meantime they sent me someone else's doctor's letter. Now isn't that's confidentiality error? Maybe a HIPPA breach? I only asked that they help me either resolve my situation or reimburse me. Their response was I should work it out with my landlord. I'm now being forced to give up my dog or move. I've opted for the move. My dogs and I are headed for the streets. Thank you support pets!
