Guarantee is only good if THEIR "doctor" refuses you. Landlord told me they wouldn't answer some of their questions and were also concerned with doctor's location. I asked for a refund and was told that I had already downloaded the documents. I asked how could I submit them to my landlord if I hadn't downloaded them. They never answered me. Finally gave me HALF my money back. Rip off.

I got my ESA, but still waiting on Sassy's certificate, and the package I bought with the vest. She was supposed to get a medium vest and the certificate bundle.
