This was fast and easy. They do everything in a timely manner, my babies papers came in quick and his vest even quicker! I love the fact they also have a pet ID card! Highly recommend.
I placed my order in the beginning of April and I've only received an email with letters in it. I am still waiting on the hard copy, my id card and xl vest for my dog. I have called several times and keep getting blown off. We will have a manager contact me. My order was supposed to be escaladed several times. This is the first I've heard from the company. I am very disappointed in how this has gone on. I have traveled 2 times with my pet and had to pay a pet deposit both times even though I paid you so I didn't have to pay a pet deposit. I need to get this resolved or I would like my money back. Thank you for your time and help.

Very deceiving, I thought I was getting a vest for my dog! I thought I was paying for everything. I paid $189 for a letter from a doctor that won't even allow me to take my dog with me! Save your money!
