My daughter had to do the questionnaire 3 times. Before we received letters. Breed and weight of puppy was incorrect took me calling twice and 5 emails for breed to be corrected the weight of the puppy is still not right. Letters are not being accepted at her college. Horrible experience.

I was charged $189 twice and could not contact a human being to discuss. I am furious that it could take up to 3 days to return my money and I still don't have my letter. Essentially I paid close to $400 for nothing.
