My daughter had to do the questionnaire 3 times. Before we received letters. Breed and weight of puppy was incorrect took me calling twice and 5 emails for breed to be corrected the weight of the puppy is still not right. Letters are not being accepted at her college. Horrible experience.
The process had been very helpful and fast thus far. My pet is currently an ESA with an expiring certification. Plus I am no longer in California but moved to GA. I was charged $189 twice and could not contact a human being to discuss. I am furious that it could take up to 3 days to return my money and I still don't have my letter. Essentially I paid close to $400 for nothing.
So far, great experience the test will come when resigning my lease and how the establishment responds.

Please save your money. This was a scam! They did not offer custom apartment papers like offered and the doctors credentials were totally bogus.
