I was under the impression that even an emotional support animal could stay with me with no charge. It is not the case. Emotional support animals are not covered under the same legislation as other support animals that are required to perform tasks for their owners or provide alerts for medical issues

Overall a pretty good experience. Biggest complaint is you cannot see or track your orders, and while customer service is helpful, still pending resolution of a return.

I always thought getting my pet registered would be super difficult, or really expensive but thanks to Support Pets, I registered my dog Russa and am able to take her everywhere with me. I haven't had any issues yet and I really do feel better just having her wherever I go. I'm so grateful to have her registered now!

The sea process was easy and very helpful because I was able to go to lot of different places with my black lab. She is only 4 months but she is also in training to become a support pet. She is a sweet girl and listen a lot. Some of the places was asking for support pet but were totally ok to let me in because of my dog attitude.
