The sea process was easy and very helpful because I was able to go to lot of different places with my black lab. She is only 4 months but she is also in training to become a support pet. She is a sweet girl and listen a lot. Some of the places was asking for support pet but were totally ok to let me in because of my dog attitude.

I was so happy with the service I received. The documents took less then 48 hours to get emailed to me! The are legit and are very detailed. The only thing I wish the would let you know is you only receive one ESA tag and I have two pets. You have to buy the second tag. I called customer service and they apologized that it wasn't clear. They were really helpful.

I ordered my ESA documentation for my dog Penny everything came as shown on the website except for the leash. However, they were efficient and thorough.

I was very pleased with my experience last year. However, this year I requested a certificate for only Abbey, the dog. Obviously paying $100 doesn't mean someone is going to read my request. How do you know that the cat that I had is a ESA animal didn't pass away? Perhaps you should consider giving individual pets, individual certificates. My dog is great. I take her to work every day at the nursing home. All of the residents love her and she truly is an emotional support animal for everyone, not just me. I don't understand when I sent a request just for the dog, I got a certificate, similar to what I received last year. I wanted to reapply and re-certify the dog.

Happy that I got my documents but sadly a lot of airports doesn't allow esa dogs anymore so I can't really take him with me.
