Card should be included. You're paying to have ESA and carrying documents everywhere is a pain. Charging extra $40 for a card that should be standard is my only complaint. They work fast and get documents to you fast
If I knew it would be 6!weeks to get an if card I wouldn't of done it. Way too long and hassle
