Super easy process and paperwork arrived within in a week! Was able to get into housing with my fur baby whom most certainly is an emotional support animal. The ESA paperwork waived the pet deposit as well as monthly pet rent which was a pleasant bonus! Would highly recommend! I should also mention, my son is a pit bull and with the stigma of his breed I was not able to get into housing without paperwork, looked into ESA paperwork and so happy I stumbled across this website!

My experience was a good one with getting the documents right after on line. I still have not received the vest for my dog. I have not taken her anywhere because of the lack of the vest. I wish my order would be completed so I can enjoy the benefits. Thanks
