My experience, I was pleased. Russell communicated with me the entire time via email through my anxiety because the lease office was requesting me to remove my pets. Thank you to the physician & the team helping to get my two babies listed as ESA. I'm comfortable to know lease office can't harass or I have to hide my animals anymore.
