Everyone was polite and they were there for questions, and answered quickly. Paperwork arrived quickly and securely for both my girls.
I encountered issues when I did receive my documents after the 48hr mark. I emailed support and they are very quick to respond to your initial email but are practically unresponsive after that. I had to email serval times to get my issues resolved. I've had great service from Support pets in the past and this time around it definitely didn't meet my expectations. I will say after making a fuss I got the support I needed and one person owned my case and saw it through to the end. I appreciate the efforts made at the end of the day. But it just took longer then it should to receive my ESA documents.
