I was a bit confused on customer service, couldn't tell if it was a real person or a bot. I wish ESA would have said that the approval is within 2 days, but you do not get your documents until a week later.
I did receive everything but it took a very long time! They should mention that it will take a month to receive everything because the letter does not match the time I received the vest and everything else.

I got everything that I needed fast and it was so simple to do
I got my ESA documents from here and I was able to have my pet at my apartment for free and bring him to hotels on vacation. He keeps me calm and he's trained so I was looking for an affordable option to get him a certified. My local options were never $1000. The this site I was able to get his information for less than $200

The documentation arrived as promised and it's good to have records to fall back on. But one of the main products which I was excited about was the dog tag that my companion wore with a QR code on it to register him and provided a way should he get lost to be reunited. However when I scanned the dog tag to register it the URL it tried to connect to was invalid. Not cool.
I don't have to leave her in car & she comes with me so it's a lot better to deal with people I love it.
