It was not the 48 hours that was offered. Took me almost 3 weeks and a couple of chats with customer service to ask what was going on with my forms. But when I talked to customer service they were kind and willing to help. When they found out that I had been waiting a long time the second time I asked what was going on they jumped to action and I really got my documents the next day.

Called mid Sept, my pet qualified, was told would be receiving emailed certificate in few days, 1 week later, did not receive,spoke to a rep told me to give it more time, 2nd week still no,called again informed the rep Oct2nd was moving into new apartment,the rep told me she would contact corporate, 4 phone calls later, of the same back n forth, she will contact corporate,, bottom line, Oct 2nd came, I signed lease, and paid $350 pet deposit, finally received it 2 days later

The approval process was longer than what was told on the website, I waited about a week before getting the email saying it had been approved. I don't really like that there isn't someone that you can speak to over the phone and have to submit a request to speak with someone. But customer service was quick to respond and be as helpful as they could be. Overall it was a good experience and have recommended this site to multiple friends of mine.
