My paperwork was approved very quickly and my landlord took it no problem. Very happy having my dog with me to reduce my anxiety. If there needs to be changes to your paperwork though it takes a long time and it's difficult figuring out where the changes need to be sent. It took almost ten days to get changes made though they were done and there was no charge for it. But…, when you have anxiety the wait to make the changes can be very stressful. And the only communication from their end is the automated reply that you get when you request the change. I know that it sounds like I'm being picky but when you are the one waiting to get the changes it can be super stressful. Maybe if they had a specific team working on those changes the communication could have been better.

I am pretty disappointed in the customer service I have received. I have called 5 times about the vest I returned back in mid September. I keep getting the run around. They say they are escalating and I will receive and email but nothing is happening. I will make my 6th call today and see if someone can help. I have never experienced such bad customer service.
