I paid and signed up in mid September, and didn't get my documents until late October.
It was too late, and I had to pay the pet deposit, but eventually after multiple emails to customer support I was able to get my documents. So far, so good!
Hopefully, the pet rent will stop being charged since I turned in my documents. My pets are really helping me.
