My documents came quickly and exactly as described. Getting a live person to talk to is difficult so I hope that doesn't become necessary. It wasn't impossible, just took more effort than I had hoped.
I have been trying for two days to place an order for the vest, leash, and tag bundle and it won't process. I tried to order just the vest and it told me the daily limit had been hit, whatever that means! I tried calling customer support and I only got a robot that led me in circles and I can never speak to a live person to just process my order so I can get it in time for our trip. Very frustrating!
