This used to be a great company with great service. Now they've designed their site to charge you do
Twice before even giving you the questionnaire under the guise of getting 50 percent off. They said that's only for renewal. I told them I am a returning customer which is why I'm so upset. I asked them to refund both charges until they can run their site more professionally. They said a supervisor will contact me. My money has not been refunded. I don't want to deal with crooks.
Later today after several attempts to get them to honor this coupon so.eone finally called back and apologized for my troubles. They refunded the 77 dollars and chose to honor my coupon code and told me they would issue a partial refund. I'm so glad because I hate switching companies. I've never had trouble like this in the past. I asked them yo speak with IT to fix the bug within the site.

I had never rented an apartment but I couldn't afford to have my support animals paid rent for as well. I went to google and found you can get a letter but it is not certified by a Dr so most places probably won't accept it. Been over 3 weeks still no communication about my documents. Two week prior I started process to renew my emotional animal (which was through them). I had to email and call them to see what was going on and since then no response. Completely unacceptable especially because they deal with with people who have mental disorders which stress can cause more damage. Shame on you support pets!

I had to report Support Pet to the Better Business Bureau. I was excited to apply and get an ESL in June 2023. I purchase the physical documents along with ID and tags for the additional 77.00. I contacted SP several times for the last five months of the items I purchased. I was told in August they didn't have my address? I sent it to them again and received an email from Brad that my address was updated and my package was being sent out. It is now November and nothing. I have contacted them numerous times and have not been given any explanations as to where my package is or why I never got it or a refund. This company is very unprofessional. They replied to the BBB with the same lame response and no actual answer or resolution. Never again will they get a dime from me
I contacted Support Pet several times since June 12,2023 paying 177.00 for my ESA documents I upgraded for this package for physical documents, ID, tag and vest. I was initially told there was a delay with the package but I have emailed many times. Brad emailed me saying they did not have my address so they would be expediting my package. Either send my package or refund my money. This company is totally unprofessional and scam artists. I would never recommend this conmpany
