Hello! I received my official papers, but I only received 1 harness when I signed up both of my fur-babes to be support pets. I received 2 certificates which is more important.

We just lost 1 of our two dachs. They were siblings. I can't leave Bandit alone. This is for my benefit but also his. He will mourn his sister and it will be detrimental to his health which will immediately affect mine. Our family is struggling to accept the loss of his sister. I cannot leave him alone which will directly impact my quality of life. We have now been advised we will lose Bandit soon. He's been diagnosed with Oral Melanoma. We don't have much time. Your ESA won't be needed. I would appreciate it if you could refund my costs.
