It got the products I needed and I only one one problem, see I registered 2 dogs and I was expecting at least 2 products each but I only got one product each for only one of my dogs. I have the receipt that it shows me that you guys only sent me one product each for just one dog. It didn't let me have the option to add one more of the same products that I need for my second dog. Both of their names are on the receipt but I only got one of each for just one dog… I don't have more money to purchase another $77 products when it didn't give me the option to add more of the same products.

I needed ESA certification for my 2 cats ASAP as I was determined to get approval for a rental I was being considered for. I was able to get my certification for both of my furbabies in less than 48 hours, and it was accepted without question by my potential, and now land lords. Though they had a strict no pet policy, I was shocked at how they didn't even question the paperwork. I'm very pleased with my experience. I was skeptical of the online and seemingly sketchy way of obtaining such documentation especially without having health insurance, but it worked out perfectly. I have no regrets, and my tight budget was hardly affected.

I didn't get my letter in the specified time frame, but after a few messages back and forth, they came around a day later, which is fine. The verbiage is kinda strange, but the NPI number is legitimate, and my landlord approved it, so there we go!

Buying the ESA was very simple. I got the notice that my papers were in- and then I had some difficulty. I needed a new password. Done- so I thought. Following the directions to get the papers has been frustrating. I still haven't gotten I to get them- I keep getting dumped back to "reset you password ". I will need to call for help. Maybe an easier way to navigate the site would help.

This used to be a great company with great service. Now they've designed their site to charge you do
Twice before even giving you the questionnaire under the guise of getting 50 percent off. They said that's only for renewal. I told them I am a returning customer which is why I'm so upset. I asked them to refund both charges until they can run their site more professionally. They said a supervisor will contact me. My money has not been refunded. I don't want to deal with crooks.
Later today after several attempts to get them to honor this coupon so.eone finally called back and apologized for my troubles. They refunded the 77 dollars and chose to honor my coupon code and told me they would issue a partial refund. I'm so glad because I hate switching companies. I've never had trouble like this in the past. I asked them yo speak with IT to fix the bug within the site.

I had never rented an apartment but I couldn't afford to have my support animals paid rent for as well. I went to google and found you can get a letter but it is not certified by a Dr so most places probably won't accept it. That is why I chose to go with Support Pets because you are guaranteed acceptance! Its perfect for making sure your money isn't going to waste! I got the documents fast through the mail and online documents right away. I was already looking at apartments and it did not make me wait for anything! Same day documents! Amazing. Been over 3 weeks still no communication about my documents. Two week prior I started process to renew my emotional animal (which was through them). I had to email and call them to see what was going on and since then no response. Completely unacceptable especially because they deal with with people who have mental disorders which stress can cause more damage. Shame on you support pets!
