I got my documents in an email but I have yet to receive my vest or the documents printed out for me that was promised on the website. The e-mailed documents did what they needed to do but it would have been nice if I received the whole package that I paid for. That is the only reason I'm not giving support pets a five star review. You need to deliver everything that was advertised in the sale that I had paid for.

It got the products I needed and I only one one problem, see I registered 2 dogs and I was expecting at least 2 products each but I only got one product each for only one of my dogs. I have the receipt that it shows me that you guys only sent me one product each for just one dog. It didn't let me have the option to add one more of the same products that I need for my second dog. Both of their names are on the receipt but I only got one of each for just one dog… I don't have more money to purchase another $77 products when it didn't give me the option to add more of the same products.
