It got my esa letter quickly ( within 48 hours) BUT I had lots of issues getting the forms I actually needed for my apartment complex to accept them as registered ESA pets. Customer support is very difficult to get ahold of, but one I finally did get someone that knew what I needed it went smoothly. ( although that did take me emailing countless different emails, don't even try the phone number it will get you no where).

I received my approval and documents within 12 hours from filing out my application. The application process was full of Irving's for me to buy multiple products. You have to really take your time and read everything so you don't buy something that is already or or that you don't need. Other than that, I would suggest using Supoort Pets
