I have not yet tried it for the airplane because some airlines do not even accept ESA anymore, but it has worked for my apartment pet rent fees! ESA papers can ad they said that they would. I had to have a correct done. It was done quick, and I was sent a new document. My bank card was charged twice for two different amounts. That issue had also been resolved. I would recommend this service.
