I had friends use this website that they recommended me I didn't hesitate they charge you for a letter from a doctor that I'm 100% sure that any apartment complex would take but when it comes to renting a house they ask for a certificate which I think it should've came along with the doctors letter but instead you have to pay $39.99 separately for a ESA ID to get a free certificate. It just makes the process a bit difficult because how long you have to wait and houses come and go when it comes down to rental property
In most cases, they're not supposed to deny you, but applying for a rental house they will make it difficult when you do not have a ESA certification in hand, which they will not tell you know, but they will tell you 14+ other applicants applied for this house just in case for those who are a trying to apply for a rental house
Overall everything that they say on this website is promising. The shipping just takes longer for physical paperwork and I don't think it's worth $130 for a letter I think it should be the certificate once again

I have not yet tried it for the airplane because some airlines do not even accept ESA anymore, but it has worked for my apartment pet rent fees!
