Order on November 9,2023. For documunts,got them. But to this day have not received the vest collar tag or the card to carry in my billfold, Have call them twice and was told they would be sent out right away, today id January 4 and haven't got them. Paid $ 77.00 for this support so I can take my dog with me, Very disappointe in this service.

I paid for an ESA letter for 2 cats on Sunday. I had my documents in my email by Wednesday morning. I gave them to my landlord, who accepted the letter with a little laugh and a smirk, and said they had to submit it to home office for verification. They said they see a lot of these from Etsy and mine looked "surprisingly realistic." One week later, my letter was accepted by home office because it contained a medical doctor's name, state license info, and all pertinent info that was needed to qualify under housing laws.

We went this route to save a very handsome American Bulldog from the pound. I didn't have the funds to also cover the pet deposit and pet rent every month. This ensured he can come home NOW and not run the risk of him being euthanized before we could get everything together. He has a lot of training to still go through before he acts like an ESA/Service animal but we're well on our way!
