Hello. I have received ESA approval and content for my two pets, but only one jacket! And the issue is that the jacket is too small for my larger corgi who weighs ~25-27 pounds (and is a fluffy). Please send a medium jacket ASAP so that she can accompany me.

Documents were delayed due to a Support pets system error that I was not aware of for a few days. I contacted customer service and was assured the error was being found/investigated. ESA documents requested by my landlord were overdue so I was upset about that however, the customer service I received from Russell amongst others contributed to my decreased stress and anxiety (shout out to them!) Eventually, the documents were found and sent over. Thank you Support team!

Order on November 9,2023. For documunts,got them. But to this day have not received the vest collar tag or the card to carry in my billfold, Have call them twice and was told they would be sent out right away, today id January 4 and haven't got them. Paid $ 77.00 for this support so I can take my dog with me, Very disappointe in this service.
