I have been calling and trying to contact someone about being charged twice for my ESA RENEWAL. When I call they tell me to go to Support pets online and I did and nothing has happened. I just get these emails asking me if I received the documents I did but I was charged twice and I need a credit for $99 if you have any questions feel free to call me at *******050. I was given the option to buy a gift for someone else which I did. When they went to complete the enrollment, they were charged! Not a very good gift!

I just got another L vest.!
I don't think there is good communication.
Last year I received M vest, too small, was promised L that never came.
Decided to renew papers as we will be traveling and telling story, asked for L vest... you sent a Medium, again!
Then someone read my complaint and sent me Large, yeah!
Today, I got another Large vest!?!
I am waiting for PSD papers, that I think I ordered twice because of confusing constant emails!
I have 3 vests someone else may need ๐
