Very easy to complete application. I appreciate this company very much. My dog is a small GSP and she also has separation anxiety issues when we have to leave her for a long period of time as we travel often. Getting Angie certified will help both her and I when we travel by car and have to stay at hotels.
We do have someone in our family that has a 5 acre farm that does love and care for her when we need to travel for longer periods of time.
But now, if we need to take her with us for a few days, I'll be able to take her into a hotel now without any fuss from the Hotel managers.

Great easy process. The only thing is pushing extras on you in the end instead of including packages in the initial process
The initial submission of the info was great, however, once I found an error on the certificate the communication broke down, it took at least 7 emails with 5 emails promising to take care of it, which didn't happen. It took a complaint to BBB and a dispute claim to my credit card company before they actually fixed it and resent it. It was a simple fix that SHOULD NOT have taken that much to cause such confusion.
I am thankful that the process was easy, but I can't afford the additional items, because I am 65 and disabled. My fixed income includes SSDI and a minimal retirement.

I purchased from this company because of the fast turnaround time of 24-48 business hours. It has now been 8 days since I purchased and haven't received my ESA document to date. There is no customer service that you can talk to only automated calls, email and chat. Every time I inquire about the status I'm told it's a system issue or it's due to high volume of orders. Whatever the case may be it has been very difficult and stressful for me, I'm now facing fines or even eviction because I have supplied my property management company with this ESA Letter or even worse I will have to give my dog up. She is one of the only thing that gets me through my day when I'm feeling anxious and this process has made the last week very stressful for me. I would not recommend any company where you can't speak to a live person. This just makes me feel taken advantage of by this company.

I'm just learning this today I do have my ESA APPROVAL from my Doctor I didn't pay anything I have the letter to show proof, I do have a letter from my Doctor Joline Brozeman the reason I applied for another ESA LETTER I thought It be totally something different, I'm still looking forward to my ID card.

It has been a good experience. I need my dog to me not only for my support but she never leaves my side if she doesn't have to.
