I am speaking on behslf of the patient. I had obtained the ESA due to my son. He has cerebral palsey, we just lost my husband (his step-father. My son was an emotional wreck. Since I got him a dog to help with his emotions and plus since he does have cerebral palsey. I knew I was needing to take his dog with him as it does help with his daily life. So I looked into the ESP. I applied and my son was approved. After I answered the question. It was very easy. I know this will help knowing and my son knowing he can take his dog with him now.
