Has been nearly a week since I started the renewal process and still nothing. I messaged them but got generic automated responses and finally a possible real person messaged me on day 5 saying there is an issue with the system and I have to start all over so I did yet nothing has appeared. The payment sure went through fine so that part of the system Isn't malfunctioning, not very helpful in their response they replied to me and told me to stop messaging and to use a new ticket? Very frustrating I paid them for a service that I have yet to see and I'm getting the run around.
