I ordered my ESA support on April 27th and was charged the same day.i just now received a form from the doctor.
The process could have been faster as I still don't have a document to show my rental office for renewal.My AmEx has already been charged since the 27th. It appears on my statement that very day of my renewal. Two weeks and still no ESA papers
The process was not hard but I have heard that it doesn't really have any value since it was done by someone who does not even know me so not necessarily accepted by landlords.
