I reached out, and was told they were looking into it. Another week passed, and I still hadn't heard, so I emailed again. It wasn't until I requested a refund that I received my documents the next day.

The only thing I'm really upset about is the fact that I paid for two ESA's for my dogs. But only got one vest. I've spent 200 if not more on this when it told me I was going to spend $99. I wish I would've gotten a second vest for my other dog because I don't feel comfortable taking him inside anywhere.

I'm satisfied that everything was easy and all but was very disappointed that I waited a whole month just for my stuff to get to me by mail and that's only because I reached out to them when I noticed it's been awhile since I ordered it so I was more than patient just work a lot so I totally forgot about it at first that I even bought it. I can't imagine if I never remembered I bought it. I probably would of never got my stuff from you guys and $200 down the drain.
