It's quick and easy but my only thing is that it's a little pricey for jus a year and only an email of the document. There's no document sent by mail or a vest included nor a ESA dog tag.

The step-by-step process of inputting information and registering was very simple and took no time at all. Everything was pretty cut and dry. However, attention to detail on their end was a bit less than to be desired. For instance, in registering one cat, apparently there was an unidentified character limit for breed description so on the official document, I have a "Black Domestic Shortha." Another instance is listing one of my cats as a dog on the official document as well. Both are pretty minor errors, however, in paying the fees for legally registering these pet(s), I would hope as a minimum that the information is reviewed and grammatically correct before printing and shipping.
One other minor strange occurrence was the registration itself. I only payed to register one animal. In the step-by-step process, they asked if we had any other pets. However, it was worded in a way that did not appear as if you wanted to register said second pet. On my doctors letter, the registration document, and the ID card, both pets are listed as ESA. I suppose I can take the fall as I didn't need to provide information on a second pet. Regardless, I think some editing on the registration process could help eliminate this issue for others.
