Everything they advertise and promise is done. If you have a issue, they fix it. I had a couple of issues and they followed through with my process to correct every problem I had. Since signing up through support pets I now take my pets everywhere with me and I have no issues at all. Everything went good last year but my second year which was in April went terr8bly wrong...u should have an easier way to renew...a returning customer...I was very confused and didn't know if I did it right or if it went thru so I d8dnt it again and got charged two different pr8ces and asked to be called to figure it out with a human and they refused to call so I still don't kn if I was charged tw8ce or got reimbursed for one of them
